International Production Manager

Stephanie is an International Production Manager with a background in documentary, television, and branded content, with over 12 years in the industry. She’s helped bring a wide range of projects to life, including work for Apple TV, Samsung, Esso, Nestlé, Big Zuu, and Air Canada, navigating polished commercial shoots and also unpredictable doc-style environments. Her work has taken her to cities and rural locations across the Netherlands, France, Ecuador, and Peru. In each place, she approaches production with the same mindset: stay adaptable, stay grounded, and stay in sync with the story being told.Fluent in French, Spanish, and English, Stephanie works across borders with confidence, approaching each production with flexibility, calm focus, and a strong sense of what it takes to keep things flowing on set.

A team of vetted media professionals

Our production model is freelance-network-based, not a fixed roster. We work with a vetted network of Dutch production professionals — directors of photography, camera operators, gaffers, sound recordists, drone operators, production assistants, drivers — and book against project requirements rather than staffing every project with the same crew.

Every freelancer we book has been on at least one prior Netherlands Fixer production. Most have between five and twenty years of professional experience across commercial, broadcast, and documentary work. English fluency is standard, and English is the working language on international productions.

This model works because the Dutch industry is compact and well-networked. In practice, we can crew a standard commercial shoot within 3 to 5 working days, and a full feature or high-end series unit within 2 to 4 weeks of confirmed brief. Urgent journalism assignments — with a smaller crew — can be staffed within 24 to 48 hours.
